Reed Advertising
History
Established in
1985, Reed Advertising quickly became known as an advertising agency
built on personal service. Founded by Jim Reed, who had 20 years of
experience handling some of the largest accounts in the area, the agency
soon grew to become a major player in the Knoxville advertising community.
Within a short time, Reed began servicing some of the larger accounts
in the area, which included Magnavox, Sea Ray, UT Evening School, and
Whittle Communications.
The company's philosophy was simple: Provide advertisers access to the
top creative in the country and provide better service and cost control
than any agency available.
Elene Panya is a core employee and has been part of Reed Advertising since 1987. Elene is responsible for account service and general production supervision.
Joe McChesney gives us years of design experience that continues to
position our client's advertising materials ahead of the competitions'
and produces results. Joe's logo designs and corporate ID programs,
used by companies across the USA, have a unique way of integrating a
visual brand with a marketing theme.
Today, Reed Advertising, relying on the same philosophy as in 1985, has carved a niche in servicing medium to larger-sized accounts. Awards and honors over the last 20 years have been numerous. However, winning awards is not what Reed Advertising is about. Reed Advertising is about solving marketing problems, establishing an integrated image and producing a consistent message for their clients, thus increasing sales and the services of those clients.
